Data we collect

Name, email address, phone number, country and your booking details. Payment details are processed directly by the payment provider; the hotel does not store them.

What we use it for

To manage your booking, communicate with you about it and meet legal and tax obligations. We will only send you marketing communications if you gave us your express consent.

With your marketing consent, we also use the history of your stays with us (dates, nights, spend and services) to send you offers that are relevant to you. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.

Your ARCO rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights) by writing to casaolivia.hotelboutique@gmail.com. We will reply within 20 business days.

Transfers

We do not share your data with third parties except those needed to operate the booking (property management system and payment provider) and when required by law.
